采用微波辐射法和中性2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-1-氧化物(TEMPO)自由基氧化工艺来预处理竹浆纤维素,之后用超声波机械处理制备微纤化纤维素。实验结果表明,在60℃下,TEMPO用量为0.15 mmol/g(以绝干浆计,下同),Na Cl O2用量为10 mmol/g,Na Cl O用量为1 mmol/g,微波氧化2 h,其羧基含量最高到达0.729 mmol/g,氧化效果最佳,超声波处理后微纤化纤维素得率高达85.7%。FT-IR分析表明纤维素氧化后引入羧基官能团;XRD结果揭示纤维素氧化反应只发生在纤维素的无定型区或结晶区表面;纤维素氧化前后的聚合度(Dp)结果表明相对于碱性氧化,微波辐射和中性TEMPO氧化对纤维的降解程度低,从而有效地保持了纤维素原本的长度。  相似文献

利用东北农作区58个气象站点1961—2010年的逐日气象数据,基于Simulation of Evapotranspiration of Applied Water(SIMETAW)模型分析气候变化背景下东北农作区春小麦生育期内作物需水量(Crop evapotranspiration,ETc)和灌溉需要量(Evapotranspiration of applied water,ETaw),以及典型站点春小麦的灌溉需求指数(Irrigation demand index,IDI)的时空变化特征。结果表明:近50年来,东北农作区日平均温度呈显著上升趋势,平均降水量下降趋势不明显,平均太阳辐射及作物蒸散量呈显著下降趋势。春小麦生育期作物需水量和灌溉需要量呈下降趋势,其分布均表现为西多东少。50年来春小麦作物生育期需水量下降主要集中于松辽及兴安岭南部地区,东部地区变化趋势不明显;生育期灌溉需要量下降集中于松辽及兴安岭地区,三江平原地区略有增加,长白山地区多年保持平稳。  相似文献

为进一步揭示紫外辐射的变化规律,更好地为生产和人们的生活服务,基于锡林浩特国家气候观象台2007—2012年太阳紫外辐射观测资料,运用数理统计学方法与SPSS 11.5软件,分析了锡林浩特地区不同云况条件下太阳紫外辐射规律及与气象要素的相互关系。结果表明:太阳紫外辐射存在明显的日、季、年变化规律。一日内早晚小,中午大。一年内最高值出现在6—8月,最低值出现在11—12月。且与太阳总辐射、光合有效辐射、空气温度、空气湿度、地温0~5 cm存在较显著的相关性。目前锡林浩特地区紫外辐射强度(UV-B)1—3、10—12月最大值范围分别为0.20~1.91、0.13~1.43 W/m~2,低于人和动物的安全标准2 W/m~2,4—9月可出现最大值范围为2.02~3.39 W/m~2,容易对人和动物造成威胁和伤害。  相似文献

本文依据2001—2009年饲料产业链上中下游产品价格的月度数据,使用Johansen模型、VEC模型等来研究猪、肉鸡和蛋鸡饲料产业链上中下游产品价格之间的长期协整关系和短期变动关系,并进行了Granger因果关系检验。研究表明,鱼粉、豆粕对于饲料价格波动的影响系数最大,但不同原料对于不同饲料的影响不一致。猪饲料是供给主导型的价格形成机制,大豆、鱼粉和玉米等都是猪肉饲料的Granger原因;肉鸡和蛋鸡饲料则是需求主导型价格形成机制,鱼粉和小麦麸是它们的Granger原因。  相似文献

The weight and composition of soybean seeds (Glycine Max L. Merrill) depend on changes in carbon and nitrogen assimilate supply during grain filling. Soybean pods and seeds are green, evidencing their capacity to capture light. However, the current physiological knowledge does not consider any effect of incident solar radiation reaching the pods on seed weight and composition. The objective of this work was to investigate the response of seed weight and composition to changes in assimilate supply from leaves, to the incident solar radiation reaching the pods and to the combination of both, changes in assimilate supply from the leaves and incident solar radiation on pods of soybean plants. Field experiments were performed during two growing seasons at Balcarce, Argentina. Treatments modified the amount of assimilates supplied by the leaves (plant shading, defoliation), the solar radiation reaching the pods (pod shading) or both (defoliation and pod shading) during seed filling. Plant shading and defoliation reduced seed weight, oil concentration and oil and protein content and increased the concentration of saturated and poli-unsaturated fatty acids while reduced oleic acid percentage. Pod shading increased the concentration of stearic acid and reduced the concentration of linolenic acid. When pods were shaded on defoliated plants, seed weight and oil and protein content decreased while fatty acid composition was similar to values obtained under defoliation treatment. Based on these results, a conceptual model that considers photoheterotrophic nature of reproductive structures of soybean is proposed. Seed weight, oil and protein content and oil fatty acid composition depended on assimilate availability for the seeds. The response of oil and protein content to assimilate supply depended on whether leaves were present or not. The effect of solar radiation incident on pods depended on the amount of assimilates available for the seeds: (i) when carbon allocated was low (defoliation treatments), pods contributed to seed carbon economy but solar radiation incident on them did not affect fatty acid composition; (ii) when carbon allocated to the seeds was high (intact plants), contribution of pods to seed carbon economy was not significant, but the amount of solar radiation incident on pods produced significant changes in fatty acid composition.  相似文献

Net radiation (Rn) is a key component of the surface energy balance, but it is expensive and difficult to measure accurately. For these reasons, Rn is often predicted in evapotranspiration (ET) calculations with a model requiring measurements of incoming shortwave radiation, air temperature, and vapor pressure. We compared Rn predictions from the Rn sub-model used in the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) standardized reference ET equation to mean Rn measurements from five 4-component reference net radiometers. The radiometers were part of a recent comparison study of multiple net radiometer models conducted over irrigated and clipped turfgrass in northern Utah (Blonquist et al., 2009). In the Rn model, net shortwave radiation is determined by direct measurement of solar radiation and an assumed value of albedo for the surface (0.23 for fully vegetated surfaces), and net longwave radiation is calculated with a Brunt (1932, 1952) approach for predicting net surface emissivity, calculated from near surface vapor pressure. Additionally, the ratio of measured incoming shortwave radiation to predicted clear-sky shortwave radiation is used as a surrogate variable for cloud cover in the net longwave radiation calculation. Relative to the reference Rn measurements (average of five 4-component net radiometers), modeled Rn was high during the day by an average of 8.6% and high in magnitude (more negative) at night by an average of 13.4% over hourly time intervals. Daily total Rn calculated by summing the hourly model predictions was always higher than the reference measurements, by an average of 8.1%, whereas daily total Rn calculated from the model over daily time intervals was closer to the reference measurements, 2% high on average. The model Rn error during the day was partly caused by the assumption in the model that surface albedo is a constant value of 0.23. Measurements showed albedo ranged from approximately 0.21 at solar noon to 0.30 near the beginning and end of the day, with a mean value of 0.23. However, most of the model Rn error was due to the prediction of net longwave radiation, where the empirical equation in the model typically yielded values that were too low in magnitude (less negative), by approximately 20% on average, but the error was dependent on time of day. The Rn error at night was largely caused by the inability to measure the surrogate for cloud cover at night, which relies on measurement of solar radiation from a previous time period of sufficient solar zenith angle. All five of the net radiometer models tested in the comparison study matched the mean of the reference net radiometers better than the ASCE model. When modeled hourly Rn was used to calculate ET over hourly time intervals, or when hourly ET values were summed to yield daily ET, ET was typically high, by 6% on average, relative to ET calculated from measured reference Rn. When modeled Rn was calculated over daily time intervals and used to calculate ET over daily time intervals, ET was more accurate, 1% high on average, relative to ET calculated over daily time intervals from measured reference Rn. While new models for Rn are being developed, the sub-model in the ASCE standardized reference ET equation has been in use for the past two decades in thousands of ET stations. As newer models are developed we hope to use this data set to evaluate them.  相似文献

根据六安瓜片烘焙工艺的要求,设计了用于拉火工序的远红外烘焙机。茶叶采用不锈钢输送带输送,整机采用3层结构,每层输送带由独立的变频电机驱动,输送带上方布置有陶瓷红外线辐射器,通过红外线温度传感器采集叶温,并研制了基于模糊控制的PID温度控制器来控制温度。试验表明:远红外烘焙机碎茶率为5%(人工烘焙碎茶率为15%),叶温为80°C,人工审评结果认为其成茶品质优于炭火烘焙。  相似文献

行星传动机构在水稻插秧机分插机构、拖拉机变速箱、秸秆压块机等渚多农业机械中得到了应用.如何优化设计行星传动结构,以便更好地适应农业机械生产需求,是一项极为重要的工作.为此,介绍了行星传动结构优化设计模型和基本遗传算法的基本原理,在此基础上,将星齿行星传动的最小体积作为优化设计目标,采用遗传算法进行优化设计.实验结果表明,此方法有效减少了星齿行星传动体积,更好地适应了农业机械对于成本和体积的特殊需求.  相似文献
